Among all the things that I could bake, making fondant wedding cakes are my top most favourite! Even though making it is stressful, complicated, tedious and topped with high expectations from the customers, I love making it the most. The great feeling of satisfaction after being able to complete it beautifully is priceless. Hope I can specialize in it and call myself a wedding cake expert some day.. insyaAllah :)
